regrouping

On the eve of the 44th week of pregnancy, it looks like homebirth is no longer an option. We're checking into the clinic today, and hopefully the next update will be complete with baby pictures. This is bittersweet, of course. I want nothing more than to meet this baby, but I was really, really hoping to avoid the interventions that now seem imminent. Stay tuned for updates, but please be patient; it might be a couple of days...

Congratulations! I was so happy to hear that Fausto decided it was time for hugs instead of belly rubs! I'm looking forward to seeing you and meeting your butterball (as Jerry would say). Love to all,
Chris
